    Digital Products (Audiobooks)

    All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    Due to the nature of digital files, once an audiobook or digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If you experience trouble accessing your audiobook, please contact Bookfunnel at help@bookfunnel.com

    Physical Books & Merchandise

    I accept returns on unused, undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    Items must be in original condition

    Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll process your refund. Please note that refunds cannot be issued until the item has been returned to me.

    I recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

    Your order number

    A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

    I will replace the item or issue a refund at my discretion.

    International Orders

    International orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

    Buyers are responsible for shipping, any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not refundable.

    Please use the contact form before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
